Requiem for ITV
Aug. 11th, 2009 | 11:39 am
ITV, the educational station in San Diego that I used to work for, is no more. It's a pity because of how much potential it had, but with the budget cuts, one can see why. I will post more on this at another time.

It has been awhile
May. 14th, 2009 | 01:21 pm
Let's see, changes...
Moved to New York (well, New Jersey).
Have a full time, moderately successful job.
Running projects from said job.
Writing has unfortunately gone by the wayside, and yet I'm more inspired than ever before.
I carry moleskin notebooks everywhere, but barely write in them.
And I got married.

World News: Education: Iraq - They're doing it better than us?
Mar. 22nd, 2009 | 12:37 pm
Iraqi offers Scholarships, bringing in college recruiters.
Got to hand it to them, if there's a way out of a mess, it's in financing education, and investing in the future. In a world where the 5th largest economy is too broke to rise above #50 in public schools of the US - California, I'm talking to you - this is almost encouraging.
Invest in growth areas - engineering, computer science, an the like, and 30 years later you get Apple, Microsoft, JPL, and beyond that Google and Yahoo!. Worked for Kennedy.
I shouldn't talk though, as I'm a child of privilege that went for an expensive art degree.

Comics: Games: I'm a Sellout
Feb. 10th, 2009 | 06:07 pm
What can I say?
I wasn't the biggest fan of Civil War in execution, but the concept that's an awesome playing field.
I feel the same way about Dark Reign, and thus far, no Dark Reign titles have disappointed me.
Darkhawk disappointed me. In a big way. But Dark Reign didn't.

Hey all -
I'm working on something quite new and different, I'm calling it "N.O.C." If you're interested in spies, cover identities, and finding secrets, we will start here. Send me an email at my current gaming email - cvtmptr@gmail.com.
We will go from there if there is enough interest.

REPOST: Games: What I missed on Halloween

EDITED FOR BAD CODING
War of the Worlds - via Twitter!"
It seems as though this past Halloween, some Twitter users decided to Tweet the HG Wells and Orson Wells classic. And it's the second time they've done so.
If I had a tweet-ready phone, I'd participate next year.
